Valve tags are extremely important and go hand-in hand with pipe markers and facility safety signs as well as Master Lock® Lockout/Tagout products. Valve tags use the same abbreviations and color-codes as pipe marking standards. Valve tags need to be in compliance with OSHA's standards and regulations as well.
